FREDERICK JOHN ROHLOFF

Passed peacefully on March 5, 2016. Born September 6, 1932 in Delanco, NJ the 5th son of Hans and Bertha Rohloff, he attended grammar school in Delanco and high school in Palmyra. He received a B.A. degree from Columbia University, and an LL.B degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and was a clerk, associate and partner in the South Jersey Law firm of Archer and Greiner for close to  50 years. Fred loved tennis, softball, gardening, history and the NYT Sunday crossword puzzle, but his passion was music. His parents and his four brothers, Robert, Joseph, William and Frank predeceased him. He is survived by his beloved wife Suzanne (nee Sheahen)) his daughters and sons in law, Karen Kriss, Kimberlee Rohloff and Ian Hewes, and Kerry and Albert Barbuto. His stepchildren, and their spouses, Lauren and Paul Taylor, Karen and Norman Sanyour, John and Jennifer Borzi, and Sumer and Daniel Delauro, and Heather Hohweiler. his grandchildren Jane and Ben Kriss, Ella and Cole Bailey, Ian Hewes, and Albert and Andrew Barbuto, his step grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin, Colin, and Samantha Taylor, Christina, Jessica, Julia, William and Caroline Sanyour, Sabrina Borzi,  Lucy and Gus Delauro, Kathleen Hohweiler and his sister, Marjorie Indelicato.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to Fred’s Memorial Service on Tuesday March 22, 2016, 10 am at The Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Rd. Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Visitation with the family 9 to 10 AM at the Church.
